Referral process

Simple, fast, and physician-friendly

Step 01

Send the summary

WhatsApp the clinical summary and key reports to +91 91964 51650, or email akashoncoofficial@gmail.com. Direct doctor-to-doctor calls are always welcome.

Step 02

Rapid opinion

Cases are reviewed promptly — including resectability assessment and suggested sequencing of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Urgent cases are prioritised.

Step 03

Plan & feedback

The patient is scheduled at the nearest clinic — Lucknow, Kanpur or Ayodhya — and a treatment plan with operative findings and follow-up advice is communicated back to you.

Referral checklist

What to send with the patient

  • Brief clinical summary — presentation, examination findings, working diagnosis
  • Histopathology / biopsy report (and blocks/slides if available for review)
  • Imaging with reports — CECT / MRI / PET-CT films or CDs
  • Relevant blood work — CBC, LFT/RFT, tumour markers (CEA, CA 19-9, CA-125, PSA, AFP as relevant)
  • Comorbidities & medications — especially anticoagulants, cardiac and diabetic status
  • Prior treatment details — previous surgery notes or chemotherapy records, if any

Appropriate referrals

Cases we welcome

  • Newly diagnosed solid cancers requiring surgical opinion — GI, HPB, breast, gynaecological, urological, head & neck, thoracic
  • Suspicious masses needing oncologically sound biopsy and workup
  • Locally advanced disease — for resectability assessment and multimodality planning
  • Complex pancreatic & gallbladder cases — including borderline-resectable pancreatic cancer
  • Second opinions before major oncologic surgery
  • Post-operative complications or recurrence after cancer surgery
Our commitment to referring doctors: your patient is returned to your care with a complete summary — diagnosis, staging, operative details and the follow-up plan. Co-management and shared follow-up are always welcome.
